At the heart of Dharma Academy lies the cultivation of stillness: a practice that transforms our experience.  We can grow stillness by practicing meditation and embodied mindfulness. As we become more adept, we discover what Zen Buddhists mean by “Original mind,” a mind relatively free from categories. It is an unstructured mind: wild and deeply grounded in the immediacy of sensorial aliveness.
